Lindy (Lin) H. Lowery

Lindy (Lin) H. Lowery died on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Brenda; and one daughter, Tammy Lynn and her special friend Stephen Anstett; one son, Timothy Vincent; and one grandson, David C. Titmus. He also is survived by one sister, Thelma; three brothers, Aubrey, Emmett, and Weldon. He was predeceased by his father and mother, James E. and Annie C. Lowery; three sisters, Virginia Martin, Nell Bowen, and Hilda Lowery. Also brothers, Otis, Chester, Floyd, and Augustus. He was an avid golfer and had many friends in the golfing community. He was a member of North Fork Baptist Church in Virgilina, VA and attended Chester Baptist whenever his health allowed. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son, visitation will be held one hour prior.
