Linwood Earl Church

Linwood E. Church, 73, of Richmond, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert A. and Melva C. Church. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Gladys “Lorraine” Church; his son, Edward S. Hudson, Jr. (Shelby); daughter, Sylvia M. Lowery; grandchildren, Amanda M. Lowery and Shane A. Snead. He is also survived by his brothers, Robert (May), Allen (Shirley), and Lynn (Nancy); sisters, Janie and Brenda (Jim); and many loving nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
