Lloyd C. Boisseau Jr.

Lloyd Coleman Boisseau, Jr. 58 of McKenney, died November 14, 2012. He was born in Richmond, the son of the late Lloyd Coleman and Elizabeth “Buffy” McAllister Boisseau. Mr. Boisseau was a graduate of Kenston Forest School as well as Elon College. He was an active member of the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church and a current member of their vestry. He was an avid fisherman, loved the beaches and greatly enjoyed the mountains of North Carolina. Mr. Boisseau spent much of his life caring for and helping our relatives and friends. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth “Betsy” Boisseau Robinson and her husband, William A. and their children, Emily Clay and Matthew Lloyd Robinson of Skippers; his aunt, Edwina Baskerville; his uncle, James Rowan McAllister, Jr., cousins, and dear friends. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 PM Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, McKenney, with interment following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
