Lois Wilson Nearing

Lois Wilson Nearing, 90, of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. Born in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late, Harvey and Bessie Wilson; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Bruce D. Nearing; one son, Robbie Nearing; and a daughter, Janice Nearing. Mrs. Nearing was a lighthearted lady with a silly sense of humor. She will be remembered by her family as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her son, Scott Nearing (Sandra); a daughter, Ann Beaty (Kenny); four grandchildren, Brian, Anthony, Jason and Melissa; and a brother, Bruce Wilson. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA.
