Lois Vaughan

Lois Marie Vaughan, 79, of Petersburg, widow of George Spencer Vaughan, passed away Tuesday, March 08, 2011. A lifelong resident of Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Maggie Harrell. She was also preceded in death by her son, Wayne Vaughan. She is survived by her children, Diane Bryant and Robert Vaughan both of Hopewell, and David Vaughan of Petersburg; grandchildren, Wayne Jr., Jennifer, West, Dana, Ryan, Carrie, and Lisa; three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 11th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Pastor Rocky Shearin officiating.
