Lois Webb, 88, of Imperial Plaza, Richmond, VA. Previously residing in Chester, VA, died on January 28, 2020. Born in Pike County, KY. On April 3, 1931 to the late Stella and Albert Blackburn.
She was the wife of (Retired) Command Sgt. Major Gerald Webb and the beautiful mother of 7 children. Robin Lee (Jeff) from Chester, VA, Donetta Livesay (Ronald~Bubba), from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Garey resides in Tulsa Oklahoma, (Vickie~deceased), Dana Webb (Georgia), Danny Webb (Libby), reside in Virginia. Jeffery Webb (Olivia) lives in North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her sister Lucille Messer; niece Christina Renee Williamson; her son Gerald Michael Webb; grandson Joshua Livesay; brothers Jean and Larry Blackburn.
Lois’ life was her children, grandchildren and family, and her service in the church. She was a military wife and devoted to the patriotism and sacrifices taken on during deployments.
Lois was very active in church service, providing leadership whenever and wherever needed. She kept her children involved in church activities and community services. She kept church doors open when there were no budgets but her own to keep the doors open. Her own children played instruments and taught Sunday school classes.
Her grandchildren loved her hugs and soft hands.
