Lorraine Elsie Horne

Lorraine Elsie Horne, 66, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Arthur William Pulver, Sr. and Elsie Lorraine Smith Pulver Parrish. She was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Ballard; granddaughter, Randy Crystal Cox; siblings, Donald Pulver, B.J. Pulver, Arthur Pulver, Jr., Randall Pulver, Sr., Walter Pulver, Billy Pulver, and Gloria Townsend. She is survived by her daughters, Presha Blalock (Kenneth), and Amy Langley (John); granddaughter who was like a daughter to her, Chelsie Ballard; grandchildren, Brandon Cifers (Kelly), Shelby Bryant (Blake), Ashley Jones (Kurt), Scotty Kelly, Jr. (Aireal), Ryan Kelly, and Charles Aultman; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Everette Pulver, Sr.; and special nieces, Tammy Davis and Deana McNew.
