Louis Arthur Damron

Louis Arthur Damron, 57, of Hopewell passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019. He was born May 5, 1962 and was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Frances Damron; sister, Dea Mitchem; and his nephew, David Neil Grant. Louis was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan and he loved fishing, cooking and spending time with his friends and family. Louis is survived by his sister, Linda D. Grant and husband, David; sister, Louann Blackman and husband, Michael; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 3, 2019 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway, Hopewell, VA. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the J.T. Morriss & Son Hopewell Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Southlawn Memorial Park.
