Louis Carroll Hines, Sr.

Louis C. Hines Sr., 76 of Hopewell, VA, died January 3, 2019. He was the son of the late Irene Hines. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Rachel M. Hines; sons, Kenneth Hines and Louis C. Hines Jr.; daughters, Wendy Stowe, Carol Tsironis, and Crystal Bartlett; stepsons, Jackie C. Wyatt and Paul E Wyatt; stepdaughters, Nancy Britton and Mary C. Wyatt; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family will receive friends at the home of Louis C. Hines Jr. on Saturday, January 12 from 2 PM to 5 PM.
