Louise Parker Poarch, 86, of Bradenton, FL passed away December 6, 2007 at Westminster Asbury Towers in Bradenton. Mrs. Poarch was born in Brewton, Alabama, and had moved to Washington, D.C. in 1946. She had lived there and in Northern Virginia until 1974, when Mr. Poarch retired from the Federal Government. They moved to Sarasota, FL in 1974 and in 1985 had moved to Bradenton, FL. Mrs. Poarch was a homemaker, and had worked as a clerical and administrative assistant, retiring in 1981. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bradenton and attended the Charity Sunday school Class and Happy Hearts. She was also a member of the Circus Fans Association of America and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lear Wilson Poarch, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Erickson of Bradenton, FL ; grandson, Michael Suggs of Bradenton; three neices and three great nephews.
