Louise Temple Worsham

Louise Temple Worsham, 92, of Petersburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2017. Louise was born in Warfield, VA and raised in Petersburg. She was the middle daughter of five to Conrad Littleton Temple and Anne Elizabeth Reams. She was the last surviving sister, predeceased by Virginia, Doris, Inez, and Anne. A graduate of Petersburg High School, Louise loved to tell the story, I graduated from high school and went to work for the bank the next day. She had a 48 year successful career and retired from today's SunTrust Bank. Her loving husband Leon Leroy Worsham died in 2002, but hardly a day went by that she didn't speak of him. They did quite a bit of traveling, and greatly enjoyed Sunday dinner after church at Country Club of Petersburg, where they were long time members. Louise moved to McKenney in 2005, where she made quite a few special friends. She resided at Petersburg Home for Ladies since 2014. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 15 at Blandford Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Petersburg Home for Ladies Fellowship Fund, 311 S.
