Lucinda Allen Johnson

Lucinda Allen Johnson, 73, of Hopewell, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Earl Allen and Minnie Doris Allen and her husband, Royce Johnson.

Lucinda was a loving and giving person. She loved spending time with her family, especially her great nieces and nephews. She enjoyed her time spent at the lake, and could often be found in her yard, which she enjoyed tending and weed eating. To know Lucinda was to love her and she will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

Lucinda is survived by two sisters, Linda Allen (Louis) and Lisa Kellett (Harvey); a brother, Gary Allen (Angel); six nieces, Brooke Lipscomb, Katie Lipscomb, Amber Kirkland (Johnny), Whitney Allen (Devin), Willow Erskine (Alex), Kayce Allen, and April Johnson; several great nieces and nephews; special cousin, Donna Williams; and numerous friends who love her dearly.

A celebration of life for family and close friends will be held at a later date at Lucinda's lake house.
