Madeline Belcher

June 23, 1932 — November 13, 2012

Madeline Belcher, 80, of Chesterfield, VA, passed away on November 13, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Barney H. and Edna Cook Brown, and was also preceded in death by her husband, John Belcher; three sisters, Athleen Wilfong, Pauline Turner and Virginia Dickens; and two brothers, French and Quinton Brown. Mrs. Belcher was a member of All Saints Chapel Free Catholic Church in Dinwiddie, VA. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Gillian and husband, Dennis; one son, John Belcher and Fiancée, Deann Brent; three grandchildren, Shawna and Chance Belcher and Melissa Gillian; three great-grandchildren, Destiny, Marquis and Cameron; four sisters, Sylvia Amos, Frankie Lawson, Patsy Miller and Ruby Dickens; one brother, Dennis Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to All Saints Chapel food bank, 14211 Courthouse Rd., Dinwiddie, VA 23841. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com
