Madeline Ruth "Shugy" Frazier

Madeline Ruth “Shugy” Frazier, 85, of Petersburg, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016. Born in Oxford, NC, she was the daughter of the late Harry Lee Frazier and Loula Mae Hart Frazier. Shugy was employed with United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg retiring after more than 40 years of service. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews who were like children to her. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Southlawn Memorial Park.
