Margaret Ann Burkell

Margaret "Marge" Ann Burkell, 68, of Chesterfield, VA, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023. She was raised in Erie, PA, and was the daughter of the late John A. and Rose Schuster Dovichak; and was also preceded in death by her son, John "Jay" P. Burkell. Marge enjoyed art, sewing, crafts, and designs. She will be remembered by her family as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and Nana. Mrs. Burkell is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Michael Burkell; her daughter, Allison Rapp (Rich); one son, Bob Burkell (Julie); six grandchildren, Alexis, Max, Charlie, Andrew, Bryson, and Lindsey; and her fur baby, Pickles. All services will be private. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
