Margaret Cizler

Margaret Vesely Cizler, 84, of Petersburg, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2011. Born in Prince George County, she was the daughter of the late Leo George and Mary Chudoba Vesely. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a retired employee of Peoples Life Insurance Company in Petersburg, where she worked for 25 years. Mrs. Cizler was a member of the College of Regents, Chapter 1180, Women of the Moose. She was preceded in death by brothers, Edward and John Vesely and a sister, Emily Vesely. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Matyas John â??Mikeâ? Cizler; daughters, Janice Cizler Clark and husband, Stephen of Norfolk and Cheryl Cizler of San Marcus, TX; grandchildren, Colt Dietz, Clint Dietz and Nancy Clark; sister, Mary Vesely Ozmore of Prince George; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Vesely of Petersburg. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 6th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jay Biber, Celebrant, assisted by Mr. Edward Hanzlik.
