Margaret Comstock

Margaret Ann Comstock, 85, of Parkwood Village in Wilson, NC, formerly of Petersburg, VA died on Friday, December 25, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Julia Thaxton; her husband, William Cloyce Comstock and a son, William Cloyce Comstock, Jr. Margaret loved her family and spending time at Myrtle Beach. She had many areas of enjoyment in her life such as eating at the Sea Captains restaurant, collecting Annalee Dolls and supporting the Barton College Basketball and Tobs Baseball Teams. She is survived by her children, Ann Malott (Doug), Lynn â??Beeâ? Comstock, and C. Gregory Comstock (Cheryl); grandchildren, Chance Comstock (Christine), Everett Comstock, Allison Duncan (Jeff), Christian Malott, T.J. Comstock, Brittany Lysen (Joe); step grandchildren, Travis Ponton, and Tyler Ponton; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Virginia Hurt (Les); sister-in-law, Lois Hay and other relatives. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Blandford Cemetery.
