Margaret Louise Johnston

Margaret "Peggy" Johnston, 76, of Hopewell, VA, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Virgil S. Johnston, Sr. and Margaret L. Johnston. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Virgil S. Johnston, Jr.
Margaret enjoyed writing, drawing, and painting. She is survived by her sister, Connie Johnston; nephew, Erik Johnston and wife, Tina, and their children, Ashley Johnston, Tyler Siegel, Matthew Siegel, and Christian Siegel. The family would like to say a special thank you to Pastor Tim Perkins and wife, Tina, who watched over Margaret and took care of her needs over the years.
A memorial service will take place at a later date. The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Margaret's honor to your favorite charity.
