Margaret Hazel Lucas

Margaret Lucas, 91, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

Margaret was born in Emerson, Arkansas, to the late James H. Baker and Ida Baker.

She is survived by her sons, Jerry Wayne Lucas (Yong I) and Rickey Lynn Lucas (Brenda); her grandchildren, Renee Lucas-Hicks, Christopher Lucas, Tracy Willner, and Heather Wilson; and numerous great-grandchildren and loved ones.

Margaret is preceded in passing by her loving husband, Orville C. Lucas; her parents, James and Ida Baker; her son, James Lucas; as well as numerous brothers and sisters.

A visitation will be held Monday, July 15, 2024, from 6PM to 8PM, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A service will be held the following day, Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 11AM, with a committal service at Sunset Memorial Park to follow.

Donations may be made in Margaret Lucas's memory to Friendship Baptist Church.
