Margaret Rayner

Margaret Oleyar Rayner, 67, of Prince George died Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at her residence. Mrs. Rayner was born in Prince George and had been a lifelong resident of the Hopewell/Prince George area. She was a member of Nazareth Lutheran Church and was the Director of Transportation for the City of Hopewell School System. Mrs. Rayner was preceded in death by her parents, George & Anne Vargo Oleyar, 3 sisters, Dorothy Koren, Hilda Sodat and Ruth Sullivan, 2 brothers, George Oleyar and Robert Oleyar. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Paul Rayner of Prince George, one son, Raymond P. Rayner, Jr. and his wife Manya of Stafford County, VA, one daughter, Terry Sweitzer and her husband Raymond of Prince George, 4 grandchildren, Shane Sweitzer, Brett Sweitzer, Alexandra Rayner & Margo Rayner, 2 sisters, Evelyn Woodfin and Mary Sumner, both of Prince George, 3 brothers, John Oleyar of Nags Head, NC, Edward Oleyar and James Oleyar, both of Prince George, and numerous nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 22, 2006 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 23, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Nazareth Lutheran Church. Interment will be in Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George.
