Margaret (Maggie) Wagner Twiford, 81 of Prince George, VA, passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, in Aldie, VA. She was born January 4, 1943, to the late Emily Mezera Wagner and Ernest Frank Wagner, Sr. Maggie was a lifelong resident of Prince George, VA. She graduated from Prince George High School, went to Business School, and worked as an Executive Administrator in her professional career. She was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church for more than 50 years. Maggie was a loving mother and grandmother, and dedicated countless hours to caring for her family, friends, and neighbors. She loved spending time with family and friends, cooking and porch sitting. She always took the time to appreciate the little things in life. She was preceded in death by brothers, Wayne, Ernie and Robert Wagner. She is survived by sons, Scott Twiford (Alta) and Jeffrey Twiford (Leah); grandsons, Parker and Preston Twiford; brother Joseph Wagner (Diane); along with several nieces, nephews, and special friends. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 9300 Community Lane, Petersburg, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to Mass at the church from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private at a later date.
