Margarete Langhorst

Margarete Helen Langhorst, 78, of Petersburg, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents Max & Klara Huber Riechenbach, husband Constantinos E. Langhorst and a daughter Rosemarie L. Schuller. She was owner and operator of the Super Sub in Petersburg for 18 years, loved her children and grandchildren and would give everything she owned to assist them in anyway possible. She is survived by her three daughters, Christine L. Clarke & her husband Rick of Disputanta; Monica L. Jennings & her husband Ricky of Dinwiddie; Connie Langhorst Elmore & her husband Jason of California; two sons, Tony Langhorst & his wife Sandy of Dinwiddie; Max Langhorst & his wife Novie of Prince George; one sister, Trudy Smith of Disputanta; one brother, Hurst of Germany; 19 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home; services will be conducted at 10:00 am Saturday, August 20, 2011 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Southlawn Memorial Park.
