Marguerette Garnett

Marguerite Thomas Garnett, 89, a former resident of Hopewell ,died Wednesday, August 31, 2005 in Bowling Green, Va. Mrs. Garnett was a member of the First Baptist Church and a volunteer with the Hopewell-Prince George Red Cross. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Muscoe Garnett and her son, John Muscoe Garnett , Jr. Surviving are her daughter, Judith G. Dunnington of Fredericksburg and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 11:30 AM in the Appomattox Cemetery, with the Rev. James Horton officiating.
