Marian Louise Craft

Marian Louise Craft (Suzi), 74, of Chester, VA, passed away on August 9, 2024. A Virginia native, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Lee Craft and Joyce Blackburn Stevens. Suzi was preceded in death by her parents and a beloved daughter, Shannon Craft-Faulconer.

Suzi retired after more than 30 years with the Virginia Court System. She was well-known for her beautiful singing voice, earning the title "Songbird" among her family and friends. She was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by a brother, Jim Craft; sister, Linda Clark; nephews, Lee Craft (Lindsey), Jason Craft (Jessi), and Derrick Hannah; nieces, Sherree Dean, and Miranda Kinsey (Josh); as well as numerous extended family and friends.

A funeral service for Suzi will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11 a.m., at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son with committal to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
