Marion Loftis

Marion Davis Loftis 70, of Hopewell, passed away Friday May 23, 2008. She was the daughter of the late John R. & Mattie B. Simpkins Davis. Mrs. Loftis attended the South Hopewell Church of God and was retired from Lucy Corr Village after nine years of faithful service. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years James H. Loftis, sons; James Robert Loftis & wife Janice of Disputanta, Richard Haney Loftis & wife Roberta of Prince George, grandchildren; Jessica, Mandy, Jimmy, Rainey, Tiffany, brothers; Glen Davis & wife Jackie, Roger Davis & wife, Ruth, sisters; Mildred Brown & husband Thomas, Nancy Zehm, Paige Hopkins & husband Kenny, Betty Vesley, Estelle Lifsey, Shirley Foster, Byrd Harris, Katherine Tiller, and Bernice Stallings. The family will receive friends Tuesday May 27, 2008 6:00 to 8:00 PM at J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home Hopewell Chapel where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 Am on Wednesday May 28, 2008.
