Marion Powell

Marion Henrietta Wiley Powell, 81, of Richmond passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, John S. Wiley and Annie Bell Smith Wiley, and her husband, James Gordon Powell. Mrs. Powell is survived by her sons, M. Gordon Powell of Chester, VA, and Richard E. Powell of Moseley, VA; daughters, Marie Dowdy of Randleman, NC, and Barbara McIntyre of Richmond, VA; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Sunday, March 6, 2011 from 2 to 5 pm.
