Marsha Chambers

Marsha Chambers, age 64, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 26, 2010 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born January 6, 1946 in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Frank Marion and Era Hall Marietta. Marsha is survived by her husband Lawrence Hartwell Chambers, two sons; Clifford Frank Erickson and wife Joann, and Kurt Joseph Erickson and wife Heather; a daughter, Rachel Erickson Davenport and husband Claude ; four grandchildren, Claude Reynold â??Reynâ? Davenport IV, Taylor Kurt Davenport, Jessica Erickson and Ethan Kurt Erickson; a brother Paul Eugene Marietta and wife Jean; two sisters, Laura M. Powell and Mary M. Toone and husband Lavern; Mother-in-law Lillie May Cornett Chambers; sister-in-law Joyce Ann Wells, many loving nieces and nephews and a special friend, Debbie Scarboro. She was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas A. Marietta and Frank â??Davidâ? Marietta. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 2:00 at Purviance Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son with the Rev. Keith Whitfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Waverly Cemetery.
