Marshall Richard "Dick" Webb Jr.

Marshall Richard “Dick” Webb Jr., 95, of Colonial Heights passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall R. Webb Sr. and Nora Webb Bowman, and brother, William P. Webb. He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Frances “Fannie” C. Webb. Marshall served in the United States Army during World War II as a combat engineer in the Pacific Theater. After the service he attended VPI, and graduated in 1950, to go on to work for Stone Container as a purchasing agent. He enjoyed many hobbies such as woodworking, boating and fishing at their cottage on the James River, and wintering in Florida with friends.
