Martha Ann Thompson

Martha Ann Thompson, 83, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Campbell; father, Leonard Campbell; her husband, Charles N. Thompson, Jr.; brother-in-law, Allen Ramsay. She is survived by her son, Kevin Thompson (Jill); granddaughter, Kirstyn Thompson; grandson, Zachary Thompson; daughter, Kimberly Thompson; sister, Elizabeth Ramsay; and nephew, Joshua Ramsay. Martha graduated from Bridgewater College. Martha volunteered as a Dietician aboard the SS Hope. She enjoyed reading, was a dog lover, and enjoyed cooking. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with interment to follow in Southlawn Memorial Park.
