Marvin Holland

Marvin Duke Holland of Petersburg died on March 2, 2012 after a long illness. Before his retirement, he was employed by the Water Control Board in Richmond for 35 years. Son of the late Marvin Duke Holland, Sr. and the late Blanch Davies Holland Wills, both of Petersburg, he is survived by a sister, Mary Sue Ellis of Edisto Island, South Carolina; a step-sister, Elizabeth Wills McGowan of Dahlgren, Virginia, a niece, a nephew, a great niece, 2 step-nieces and 2 step-nephews, 2 great step-nieces and 3 great step-nephews. A graveside service will be held in Blandford Cemetery on March 6, 2012 at 11:00 am
