Mary Frances Hudson Cacek

Mary Frances "Lou" Cacek, 82, of Sutherland, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 21, 2022. Born and raised in Ford, VA, she was the daughter of the late Richard Arthur and Leta Moore Hudson. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Church Road, VA. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, John Frank Cacek and her son, Kenneth R. Coleman (Maggie). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jake Coleman (Rebecca), Jonathan Coleman (Chelsea), and Benjamin Coleman; and two great-grandchildren, Talon and Oakley. Also surviving is her sister, Martha Cairnes and sister-in-law, Mary Hudson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul Cacek (Cynthia) and sister-in-law, Pauline Cacek; and her caregiver and friend of the family, Shelley Scott. The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of Encompass Health Hospice. Lou is preceded in death by her first husband, John Edward Coleman and her son, Jeffrey Edward Coleman. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 6-8 PM at J.T. Morriss & Son - Dinwiddie Chapel, 6616 Boydton Plank Road. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, March 26. 2022 at Central Baptist Church, Church Rd, followed by interment at Southlawn Memorial Park.
