Mary Courson

Mary Elizabeth Courson, 83, formerly of Petersburg, VA, passed away Monday, March 28, 2005 at her residence in Kill Devil Hills, NC. A native of Ford, VA, she was the daughter of the late James Alexander and Bessie Stanley McGee. She was a retired civil service employee from Fort Lee. Preceded in death be her husband, Grady C. Courson, Sr., she is survived by two sons, Grady C. Courson, Jr. and his fiance, Felicia Brown and David A. Courson,, Sr. and his wife, Katrina B. Courson; and four grandchildren, Seth Courson, Natalie Courson, David A. Courson, Jr., and Alyssa Rae Courson. A graveside funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at Blandford Cemetery with the Rev. Ray J. Cutchin officiating.
