Mary Frances Williams Farrish

Mary Frances Williams Farrish, 80, of Dinwiddie, passed away on July 16, 2014. Born in Petersburg, VA she was the daughter of the late Frank and Artie Taylor Williams; and was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Horace S. Farrish; and two sons, Keith and Kevan Farrish. She retired as a manager for the Bank of Southside Virginia after 20 plus years of service. Upon retirement, she began working alongside her husband as the accountant for his business, Barn Type Utility. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory one granddaughter, Victoria M. Davis and husband, Michael; two grandsons, Devan G. Farrish and Justin K. Farrish; two great-grandchildren, Charleigh and Cooper Davis; daughter-in-laws, Kathy Christian and Debra Farrish; and other loving extended family members. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the funeral home with the Rev. Jonathan Dundalow, officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, VA.
