Mary Mikulcik

Mary Elizabeth Mikulcik, 72, of Disputanta passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010. She was the daughter of the late George and Georgia Gillispie Sayers. She was a dedicated member of Church of the Sacred Heart and a member of the Beta Club at Pocahontas High School. She is survived by her husband, Samuel Mikulcik; two daughters, Liz Walker and husband, Pete, and Debbie Salvatierra and her children, Dustin and Qwinton Shuman; four step-grandchildren, Brandi Newman, Maryanne Dean, April Mayers and Jayne Poehler; nine step-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Helen Landers; niece, Mary Simmons and other loving family members. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Church of the Sacred Heart following with a Vigil service at 7:00 pm at the church. A Mass of Resurrection will be conducted 10:00 am Friday at the church. Interment will be in the Church of the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
