Mary Quick

Mary Ethel Joyce Quick, 92, of Hampton, Virginia, died August 14, 2006. She was born in Patrick County, Virginia and was a former resident of Farmington Dr., Hopewell. She was a member of West End Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Hill and Sarah Jane Plaster Joyce, her husband, James Wessville Quick, and her daughter, Shirley Quick Fleetwood, and three grandchildren, Wes Quick, Steve Wertel, and Beth Quick. Surviving are a daughter, Janet â??Bunnyâ?Q. Wertel and husband Leo of Hampton, Va., a son, Travis W. Quick and wife Hilda of Prince George, Va., a son-in-law, Raymond Fleetwood of Chester, 10 grandchildren and 27great-grandchildren, 7great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 11:00 AM in West End Presbyterian Church with Rev. Wayne Good, officiating. Interment will be in the Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Va.
