Mary Amanda Traylor Wheeler, 90, of Prince George, died Thursday, September 30, 2004. She was a native of Kress, Virginia, the daughter of the late William Bernard and Mary Ann Williams Traylor. Mrs. Wheeler was the widow of Perry Alston Wheeler. She was also predeceased by her son, William Alston Wheeler, grandson, Charles Alston Wheeler five brothers, W. Bernard Traylor, Jr., C. Lee Traylor, C. Richard Traylor, John M. Traylor and Zane G. Traylor. She was a retired employee of Noldes Bakery. She is survived by two sons and their wives, Rolliner W. and Jeannie Wheeler of Chesterfield and L.Wayne and Linda Wheeler of Prince George; sister, Harriett Fields, of Petersburg; three sisters-in-law, Hilda Traylor, Helen Traylor and Mary O. Traylor ; ten grandchildren, Rebecca and Bryant Haydt of Prince George, Trudy and Brian Hayes of Disputanta, Perry and Serena Wheeler of Spring Grove, Andy and Valinda Wheeler of Richmond, Kenny Wheeler and Kevin Wheeler both of Chesterfield Co.,Tina Stodder, Tracy Wheeler and Nita Hall all of North Carolina, Kaye Frasher of West Virginia and twelve great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 am Monday, October 4, 2004 in Blandford Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-4:30 pm Sunday in the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
