Mary Elizabeth Yates

Mary Elizabeth Yates, 80, of Amelia, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 2, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, “Mickey” Wilkie Yates Sr.; sons, “Wayne” Wilkie Jr., James, and Anthony Yates. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra McPeak; sister, Betsey Yates; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5pm on Sunday, September 9 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of the J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 6616 Boydton Plank Rd.
