Michael Ross Noel Sr.

Michael “Mike” Ross Noel Sr., 49, of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Debra Noel; children, Michael Ross Noel Jr., and Chryselle Marie Noel; mother Barbara Marshall and her husband, Roger; father, Ralph Noel Sr. and his wife, Helene; brother, Ralph Noel Jr. and his wife, Amy; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Monday, October 8, 2018 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home.
