Michael Theron Turner

Michael Theron Turner, 69, of DeWitt passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Born in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late James Ray Turner and Louise Welch Turner. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Ray Turner, Jr. Mr. Turner proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. and was a Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed music and loved to laugh. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rachael Turner; step-sons, Grant Fitzgerald, Jonathan Fitzgerald, and Andrez Laboy; and siblings, Sandy Carter and Perry Hopkins. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Virginia Veterans Cemetery, 10300 Pridesville Rd. Amelia Court House, VA.
