Mickey Feltner

Mickey Ray Feltner, of Charles City, passed away Friday, February 18, 2011 in Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Mr. Feltner was born in Welch, West Virginia and had been a long time resident of the Tri-City area. He was an avid outdoors man, and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Spending time with his family and friends was another of his favorite past times. Mr. Feltner retired from Honeywell Corporation, after thirty years service and continued employment with Envelopes Only on a part time basis until his death. Mickey was preceded in death by his parents, Roy L. and Pauline Dillon Feltner, two brothers, Buddy and Ronald Feltner. He is survived by his wife, Mildred V. Feltner, children Chris Feltner and his friend Tiffany, Heath and Kelly Feltner, Marvin & Tina Humphries, Darryl Humphries, his grandchildren, Crystal, Ashleigh, Kaylee and Cayson, great grandchildren, Skyler, who was raised by Mr. & Mrs. Feltner for eight years, and Sierra, two sisters, Sharon Long and Barbara Dedmond. The family will receive friends Sunday, Frebruary 20, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside service will be held Monday, February 21, 2011 at 1:00 PM in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens, 116 Peaceful Lane, Lexington, Virginia, 24450.
