Mildred Ummond Davis

Mildred Jane Drummond Davis of Hopewell, VA., passed away on January 31st, 2020 at Retreat Hospital, Richmond, VA. She was the daughter of William & Alice Drummond of Hopewell, born January 27th, 1931. She will be remembered with love and admiration for the most remarkable and loving Christian woman she was. She loved God, her family, and always had a smile and a kind word for those around her. She always attended church until her health declined. She is survived by her three sons, Gene Laverne Davis, Jr., Michael Wesley Davis, Sr. (Linda), William Thomas (Billy) Davis, (Mary); grandchildren , Shawn Lee Davis, Wesley, David , and Beth; and several great grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George, VA. at 2:00 P.M. February 5, 2020
