Minnie Bogan

Minnie Opal Honaker Bogan, 88, of Hopewell, died Saturday, December 10, 2005 in John Randolph Nursing Home. She was born in Honaker, Va. and was a volunteer with John Randolph Medical Center. Mrs. Bogan was the daughter of the late Elbert and Lucy H. Honaker. Surviving are four sons, Richard W. Bogan of live Oaks, Fla. , Kenny L. Bogan of Jacksonville, Fla. , .Larry O. Bogan and James ?Jimbo? Bogan, both of Chester, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, two sisters, Lois H. Lee and Gertie H. Sipes, both of Hopewell. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, December 13, 2005 from 7 to 8:30 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside service will be Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 11 AM in Appomattox Cemetery, with the Rev. Barry Ashbrook, of Montpelier, officiating.
