Montrue Wilkinson

Montrue “Monnie” E. Wilkinson, of Ashland formerly of Petersburg, died Thursday, September 02, 2004. She was the daughter of the late Robert M. and Minnie M. Eley. Mrs. Wilkinson was a member of Ginter Park United Methodist Church and a former resident of the Hermitage at Cedarfield. She was preceded in death by her husband Elwyn P. Wilkinson and is survived by her daughter Monnie W. Wooten and husband Dal of Hanover; a special nephew J. Bolling Davis of NC; a special niece Drucille Ellis of FL; and numerous other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7 to 8:30 PM at the residence of Monnie and Dal. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 4th in Blandford Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to gather at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
