Nancy Beasley Pearce

Nancy Beasley Pearce, 61, of Colonial Heights, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 18, 2016, following a lengthy illness. Born on December 27, 1954, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Julia G. Beasley; and was also preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Shirley D. Beasley. She was a lifelong member of Blandford United Methodist Church and retired from Colonial Heights Schools in 2012. She was a loving and devoted mother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her beloved son, Logan R. Pearce. She is also survived by five sisters, Donna Jarvis (David), Susan Basl, Janet Janosik (Mickey), Patricia Smith (Lewis), and June Anderson (George); three brothers, David Beasley, John Beasley and William Beasley (Linda) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 3pm to 5pm on Sunday, February 21st, at J.T. Morris and Son Funeral Home-Petersburg. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11.am in the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morris and Son. Interment to follow at Southlawn Memorial Park in Prince George, Virginia.
