Nannie Bott

Nannie Davis Bott, died March 23, 2007 in Waverly, VA. She was born December 14, 1913 in Pittsylvania County, VA. She lived most of her life in Northern Virginia and Daytona Beach, Florida. She was the daughter of the late John Henry Davis and Nannie Compton Davis and the widow of Clarence Earl Bott. She is survived by one sister, Irene Frederick of Harrisonburg, VA and a number of nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a dear friend and traveling companion, Ann Kinder of Daytona Beach, Florida. She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church in Port Orange, Florida. She was a member of the Martha Washington Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star in Northern Virginia for sixty years. A private burial will be held in Alexandria, VA and a memorial service will be held in Harrisonburg, VA at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Virginia or to a charity of your choice.
