Nellie Hall Bailey

Nellie “Tot” Hall Bailey, 73, of Disputanta, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hayden Odell and Sally Mae Willis Hall. Tot was a member of Oakland Baptist Church and loved to read in her spare time. She is survived by her husband, William J. Bailey, Jr; son, William J. Bailey, III and wife, Stephanie; daughter, Mary B. Webber and husband, Gregg; three grandchildren, Lucas C. Bailey, Rachel E. Bailey, and Sarah G. Schrum; great-grandson, Liam G. Miles; 3 sisters, 4 brothers and numerous loving extended family. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M., on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Oakland Baptist Church, 12601 Prince George Drive, Disputanta, VA 23842. Interment will be private.
