Nicholas H. Wyman of Chester, Va. passed into eternal rest at the age of 85 on Monday, July 12, 2004 “Hank” joins his departed wife, Henrietta P.Wyman, who passed on 6/12/2004. They were married for 67 years. He was surrounded and loved by his daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Gilbert (Rick) Wildrick, two granddaughters to include Cynthia Barger and husband Jay, six great-grandchildren to include, Tabatha Farmer and husband Ronnie, and Nick Dawson and wife Tera; one great-granddaughter, Makayla Dawson, a brother, Fred Wyman of Sebring, Fla., as well as nieces and nephews. His days have been made brighter by his five caregivers, as well as loving friends. Hank was born in Haverhill, Mass and moved to Chester, Va. in 1967 and again in 1982 when he retired from Allied Chemical/Honeywell both at the Hopewell offices and the Technical Center he started at Solvay Process back in Syracuse, NY. Where he and Honey began traveling all over the U.S. Carrier US Roosevelt. He was a member of Jordon Point Country Club since 1967 enjoying his golfing days. He was devoted to his loving wife and cared for her for several years until he also fell to Alzheimers. He is gone from our sight now, but has joined his loving wife and will be held close in our hearts until we see them again. Memorial service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in Chester on Friday, July 16, 2004 at 10:00 am. Family requests there be no flowers. The family is be served by the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
