Nora Lea Estes

Nora Lea Estes, 77, of Disputanta, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016. Born in Pitkin, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late Riley Maricle and Mamie Johnson Maricle. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Shelby Maricle, Milton Maricle, Ola Droddy, Loni Ashmore, and Dorothy Mawyer. Nora was a proud mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. She is survived by her children, Teresa Mueller (Jackie), David Mueller, Melinda Boisseau (Eric), Tammy Brockwell (Bruce), and Amy Sink; grandchildren, Holden, Ashleigh, Zack, E.J., Hunter, Will, Jack, Sheaden, and Bryson; sisters, Nola Cole, Voncille Elmore (Joe), and Mary Hensley; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
