Norma Mangum Paul

Norma Mangum Paul, 88, of Chesterfield, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Howel G. Paul; and her parents, Mark Luther and Mattie Carr Mangum. Mrs. Paul is survived by her daughter, Norma Reeves Pegram; sons, Charles T. Reeves III and his wife, Nancy, and John C. Reeves Sr.; grandchildren, Ronnie Pegram, David Pegram, Ricky Pegram, Cindy Shaw, Karen Reeves, Bobbie Reeves, and John C. Reeves Jr.; nine great-grandchildren; very special cousin, Charlotte “Deany” Cecchi; and other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
