Olga â??Margieâ? Oliver, 83 of Colonial Heights, died November 16, 2008 at the Colonial Heights Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was predeceased by her husband John Joseph Owen Oliver. She was a loving and devoted mother. She is survived by her son, John J. Oliver of Chester; daughters, Karen Waddell and husband, Steve of Prince George; Shirley Flexon and husband, Jim Brown of Henrico; five grandchildren, Charles H. Flexon, III of Washington, DC, John Wesley Waddell of Matoaca, Sara F. Schaaf and husband, Kahl of Richmond, Shaun Waddell and Cody Waddell both of Prince George; one great-grandchild, Morgan Olivia Schaaf of Richmond; pets; her little Shih Tzu Arkeem â??The Ratâ?. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday November 20, 2008, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, November 21, 2008 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Southlawn Memorial Park.
